Changes since 1.54: +6 -1 lines
Recent Libtool (2.4.x, we are not using yet) use some optimization
of selected SHELL, so honor configure selected SHELL on makerule.mk.in .
Workaround for Debian Bug #621928.

This change may harm build for your environment, so I also added
fallback entry (you have to uncomment some lines).
See makefule.mk.in for details.
