Changes since 1.55: +6 -4 lines
- libutil is (may be) used only in uum, so separate this library
  (if exists) from normal LIBS.
  Patch by 1xx (itsango at gmail.com) ([freewnn-users 126]) with some modification.

- Fixed spelling in configure.in .
