== 開発への参加
OSDNを最大限活用するには[https://osdn.net/account/register.php アカウント作成]をする必要があります。アカウント作成後、サイトにログインを行い、[Register_PublicKey SSH公開鍵の作成と登録]を行う必要があります。その後、自分自身のユーザページ内にある[About_PersonalForge PersonalForge]に個人用の開発作業部屋を作成するか、もしくは既存のプロジェクトに参加、あるいは自分で[https://osdn.net/register/ プロジェクトを登録]してみてください。それによってすべてのサービスに参加することができます。登録しなくともサイトを閲覧することはできますが、その利用に制限があります。
== オープンソースを支える3つの「D」

2000年のOSDNを支える前身組織が発足した当時、コミュニティによるオープンソース開発には3つの「D」、Develop（開発）、Distribute（配布）、Discuss（議論）が欠かせないものであると位置付けられ、その3つの「D」を支えるためにOSDNというサイトが生まれました。オープンソースを巡る環境は劇的に変化を続けていますが、今も昔もコミュニティにおいてこの3つの「D」の重要性は変わっていません。OSDNでは、この3つの「D」を全てのオープンソースを愛するコミュニティに対して提供し続けることに注力しています。
== OSDN Magazine
OSDN Magazineは、オープンソースを中核としたオープンなシステム、アーキテクチャ、テクノロジを中心に扱うテクノロジメディアです。オープンソース時代に相応しい最先端の技術情報と問題提起の場となることを目指し、オープンなテクノロジを標傍するユーザーに対して、様々な状況で活用できるような話題をタイムリーに提供できる場として活用されることを期待しています。
