携帯サイト対応の国産CMS 「AD-EDIT」 - 公式フォーラム

個人のホームページとして利用しようとダウンロードさせていただきました。
setup.cgiできちんと「動作OK」と表示されたので展開をしたのですが、/admin/index.cgiに進んだ際に以下のようなメッセージが出てきました。

これはどういったときに発生するエラーなんでしょうか？対処法はあるのでしょうか？
ちなみに使用しているのはVer3.1.0で、サーバーはKCN（近鉄ケーブルネットワーク）のものです。
