2ストロークキーで、2ストローク目のキー組み合わせに1番目のキ
ー組み合わせの修飾キーが付加されてしまうようです。

例えば "Ctrl+M F" を定義しようとすると "Ctrl+M Ctrl+F" で
登録されてしまいます。
