■再現手順
以下をマクロとして登録・実行すると、3行目で
メンバが見つからない旨のエラーになります。

Set fso =
WScript.CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
Ankh.LoadConstants fso
MsgBox IOMode.ForWriting

これも bug8451 と同じく、
events.* と違う言語で発生するようですね。

# 同梱の events.js では古い
# WScript.loadConstants() のままになっていました...。
# 例外処理を施していますが、うまく動いていないと思います。
