For easy commenting it should be possible to stick a
note with a line to other graphical objects.

I'm using AmaterasUML 1.3.1.
With Activity Diagram, I can't connect a Note and an Action
or Object.
I tried "Anchor to Note" and "Flow" arrows without success.
I need a dashed link between a Note and an Action.
