[sns]検索時のパラグラフアンカ不正

snsで検索時やカテゴリアンカをクリックしてセクション表示した
場合に、パラグラフアンカのhref属性が不正となる。

具体的には検索結果として画面に表示されたセクションに対して
連番でhref属性を作成しているため、表示されているパラグラフ
と、パラグラフアンカをクリックした場合にジャンプするパラグ
ラフが異なってしまう。
