Metal Caps -2 in the blackmarket, Ball and Chain (2d4) (-2, -3) in the temple. For some reason worthless items are being generated in the shops.

This is "working as designed" as per the current version of Vanilla Angband in development. I'm not sure I like it, but I have bigger problems to deal with so I'm going to close it for now at least.
