Panther で Adobe Reader 7.0.5 を起動すると、AquaSKK のひらか
なモードの初期化時に落ちる。

該当個所は、CharacterTranslator のコンストラクタで、ファイルを
ロードしているところ。

Xcode 1.5(Panther) でビルドした AquaSKK では再現しない。
