Cocoa アプリ用のキーカスタマイズ機能を、ASCII モード以外でも
有効にしたい。例えば

~/Library/KeyBindings/DefaultKeyBinding.dict

に

{
"^ " = "setMark:";
"^w" = "deleteToMark:";
}


と記述すると region cut が使える。
