lock file が消えない (2006-11-20 03:09 by a39 #26089)

OS: Solaris 9 SPARC
Ruby: 1.8.4/1.8.5（Sun WorkShop 6 update 2 C 5.3 でコンパイル）
bsfilter: 1.80/1.81/1.82
### bsfilter.conf
mark-in-token "!'*-_"
db sdbm
max-mail 20000
min-mail 10000
###

の組み合わせで確認している事項なのですが，

$ bsfilter --show-db-status

などとしただけで，lock file ができたまま残ってしまいます．

運用上は，POP Proxy として機能させていますが，lock file があっても
--update が効いてしまっている模様です．
別 thread に挙げる予定の理由により，現在は 1.81 を使用しています．

の組み合わせで，POP Proxy として使用しています．
POP client には IM-148 を使用しています．

元々，1.80 with Ruby-1.8.4 (Sunfreeware 製)を使っており，
1.82 NG (Ruby-1.8.4/1.8.5) -> 1.81 OK (Ruby-1.8.4/1.8.5) でした．

bsfilter-1.81 -> bsfilter-1.82 への変更で，IM-148 から 2回目以降の
imget（POP3 の RETR）ができなくなっています．
2回目以降で，直接 POP Proxy を叩いてみると

$ telnet localhost $bsfilterProxyPort

で，greeting が表示されるのですが，POP の USER コマンドの段階で
応答がなくなり，以後，timeout する模様です．

変更点を見比べても，大きな影響があるとは思えないのですが...

障害修正のため、bsfilter終了時もlock file残すように変更しました。
lock fileがあっても、複数プロセスを同時に起動しない限り、ロックされずに処理が進むのは仕様です。
