http://bsfilter.org/ の説明文中：
“--insert-prefix string
メイルのヘッダに、"X-Spam-..."ではなく、X-指定した文字列-..."を追加する。”

は、--header-prefix の間違いですね。

　うまく動かないのでソースたどって気がつきました。

You can not use Wiki syntax
