not sure these have been documented before, but in windows xp mouse scroller works in the opposite direction, down is up, and doesn't adhere to the mouse/scroller properties in windows, i like my scroller wheel to scroll a page at a time, and in your application it scrolls a line at a time, very mac like, but also highly annoying.
