ソードワールドプラグインの追加。
ソードワールドにはレーティング表があり、単純なダイス機
能だけでは計算が不便。そこで、ソードワールドに特化した
プラグインを提供する。
想定する機能は以下の通り。

* レーティング表
* レーティング表の共有
* 行動順の一覧表
