Updated the build file so that the binary is put into a different directory "./bin", and NOSHAKE=yes can be
specified to not shake the tree.

WRITE-SACK-FILE-FRONTMATTER now takes a stream instead of a filename.

Fixed some typos, and writing the entries table now keeps track of
where each Entry is located in it.

Set the Entry's parent when adding it to a Sack

Added documentation strings to the classes, and made USER the default
Sack type.

Added a new slot, WHERE-TO-RECORD-DATA, used only internally, to the
SACK-ENTRY class.

Added two functions, GET-ALL-METADATA-KEYS and GET-ALL-METADATA-PAIRS,
to get the keys and the pairs (as CONSes), respectively, from Sacks or
Entries.

Loading/Saving Sack frontmatter now works
