Dear COINS users:

We have a trouble in the COINS primary website
       http://www.coins-project.org/
Please access the secondary website
       http://coins-project.is.titech.ac.jp/
that is just the same as the primary website
if you cannot access the primary one.

There is also the COINS alternative website
       http://sourceforge.jp/projects/coins-compiler/
that has a little difference in appearance but the contents
are the same to those of the primary website.
