Problem with Write (2018-11-14 05:16 by MarcoMinero #82155)

This code does not work in my computer:

OPEN #1: NAME "ma.txt"
WRITE #1: 1,2,3
CLOSE #1
END

The file has no "commas"

A WRITE command for a regular file coincides with a PRINT statement.
When we want CSV files, we use internal files or open files with RECTYPE CSV.
That is,
OPEN #1: NAME "TEST.CSV", RECTYPE INTERNAL
or
OPEN #1: NAME "TEST.CSV", RECTYPE CSV

I use now thw program:

OPEN #1: NAME "TEST.CSV", RECTYPE CSV
ERASE #1
WRITE #1: 1, 2
CLOSE #1
END

And the file is wrong (one column 1 2 and no comma)

The following program makes a file with
1 , 2
on Windows 10 with Decimal BASIC 7.8.5.

OPEN #1: NAME "TEST.CSV", RECTYPE CSV
ERASE #1
WRITE #1: 1, 2
CLOSE #1
END

Which OS and which version of Decimal BASIC do you use?

I found that the fault exits in BASIC785E.
A modified version shall be published as BASIC7851E.
