Changed build.xml to compile source files in scratch/java directory.  But we do not ship 
the outputs in a distribution.

Modified the ant build file so that it saves a build-id to dvi.browser.buildinfo.properties.

Wrote java application launcher in order to correctly execute dvibrowser.jar in Mac OS X.
Now users can double click on the jar file to start  dvibrowser in Mac OS X.

Changed the Postscript codes to delay looking up the texc.pro and special.pro
files.  This will improve performance a little bit.
