gtk_widget_destroy(toplevel_tabs) in gtk-clients is no longer needed as we properly destroy entire toplevel window, of which those tabs are part of. This is not very important detail for other clients, but in gtk3x-client we would need to get rid of gtk_widget_destroy() one way or other anyway, as it's dropped from gtk-3.98.4.
