Qt-client's color selection options do not work, and after some debugging there seems to be so many things wrong with them that it makes no sense to fix individual bugs. Rather their handling should be completely rewritten.

Also does not work on Mac, and has the same bug as #44851 where clicking either "Cancel" or "OK" from the color dlg doesn't take you back to the options dlg.

While this comment was posted after I submitted the patch, it came about the same moment - and I've thought that it referred to the original bug, not to the proposed patch. If that's not the case, please open a new ticket about Mac bug.
