I'm trying to configure source tree with

%configure \
        --disable-static \
        --enable-client=gtk3.22 \
        --enable-fcdb=sqlite3 \
        --enable-fcmp=gtk4 \
        --enable-ruledit=experimental \
        --enable-server \
        %{nil}
and autonf fails because it cannot find qt5

configure: error: Qt5 not found for building freeciv-ruledit

As the error says, it's not about gtk3.22-client, but ruledit. To build without ruledit, use '--disable-ruledit'

Do you have Qt5 development files? If not, then I see no bug in not finding them.
