New features include support for the iPod Shuffle device, a reworked Equalizer tool, and the advanced filtering options for the music collection. The GStreamer engine has been rewritten for better performance, and new artwork has been added to the user interface. There are many bugfixes, notably for the Helix engine, which can now play Ogg Vorbis files.
