Amarok is a sound system-independent audio-player for Unix. Its interface uses a powerful "browser" metaphor that allows you to create playlists that make the most of your music collection.

Changes include improved GNOME support, better precision
for the visualizations with GStreamer, and a random track
feature for the Smart Playlists. This release now has built-in
support for the iPod, allowing for data synchronization. There
is a new feature for creating continuous playlists on the fly,
and there are many bugfixes.
