Compressed pkglist files are now created even if the uncompressed pkglist is empty. The temp directory is now created more securely, using mktemp. The argument "quiet" is now working again. Mirrored RPMs are again stored in the right directory when mirrored. Some spelling errors in output messages have been corrected.
