The numbers of added-to and removed rpms from the cache are now
displayed instead of the total number. The last remaining hard-coded
archive path has been replaced by a variable. Progress markers have
been added or updated. The possibility to create a test repository for
a non-flat apt repository has been removed. Improved debug handling
and output has been added. The exit error code values have been
consolidated, making the exit values more consistent. The crash
handling/exit code has been improved. Unused code has been removed.
