This version integrates all config files into one file. The processing has been sped up. Support for apt-0.5.4 has been added. The code determines pRPMs (patch RPMs) automatically, as well as binary and source RPMs. An apt repository content list is now generated after each run. It is possible to have a most recent RPM list created for each apt component. RPM repositories can be mirrored by calling external mirror scripts. RPMs can be filtered using accept and reject rules. This version is not backwards compatible and the cache must be regenerated after installing it.

Flat repository support has been added and made default. The release.* files are now always refreshed and reflect when apt repository components have been created. Autoconf/automake support, adaptation to GNU standards. A man page has been added and DTD's for the 2 config files have been added.

The apt component information is no longer
regenerated in case the RPM repository has not
changed. Bad RPMs are now marked as bad. An
additional output stream was introduced, dividing
the progress marker's stream into 2 streams. A
cache consistency check was added, which will
remove cache entries that contain nonexistent
directories. The remaining "old" APT repository
was made unreadable for group and others. aptate
now exits and provides an error report if
genbasedir does not finish succesfully. The output
produced during the mirror and link actions was
beautified.

A problem introduced by SuSE 8.0, as SuSE is now releasing patch RPMs, has been fixed. These have different dependencies compared to the "real" RPMs. If you're running SuSE 8.0 and mirroring SuSE's FTP download server, this is a "must upgrade" release. Download and linking actions have been separated. All downloading is done first, and after that the linking is performed.

0.1.3

The previous release (0.1.2) introduced an annoying bug in cases where the mirror file excludes only 1 directory. This version fixes it.
