The progran can now be started as an HTTP
server, which listens on a specified port and
publishes the specified CHM file. This makes it
possible to read the files on the fly. Non-ASCII
text in the contents and filenames is now
supported. It is now also possible to lowercase
filenames and links inside .html files, so you
can read CHM with mixed-cased links on
case-sensitive filesystems. Several bugfixes
were made.
