This is an unstable release. An off-by-one bug was
fixed that broke undo, file-undo, and file-diffs,
plus a few smaller bugs. Pre and post hooks have
now been implemented. The new documentation
describes how they work. Finally, make-log and
log-ls have been reimplemented in C++, and have
slightly different semantics. That necessitated an
update to the emacs-mode.
