batsh programs perform part of the job in each
run. Their exit code is arranged such that
qmail-local (and other supervisors) will consider
most of the time that batsh exits a temporary
failure, and will try again shortly. As such,
batsh programs can be restarted at any point
without necessarily re-running earlier jobs in the
list.
