A force option was added to the SyncAndShutdown
tool to effect shutdown in the presence of active
transactions. A problem where remote calls could
be refused after a failed cleanup due to active
transactions was fixed. A
ConcurrentModificationException which could occur
when aborting all currently active transactions
was fixed. Logging of notify-related event
delivery failures was improved to assist in
debugging.
