and static pages to the end of func:title, adds zlib compression to
cs_template output, moves email options to contact mod and adds SMTP
settings, reworks handling of charsets for PostgreSQL and MySQL drivers,
reworks parts of the cups module (a cups tree is now included, and the
match generation is no longer random after the first round), and fixes
many bugs that were reported in "Trac".
