Project Description

cmdftp is a tiny command line FTP client for Unix systems that features
shell-like functions, passive mode, local and remote transparent modes,
broken connection resumption, multiple and recursive file transfers,
auto-login, completion, and large file support.

The "d" download command no longer defaults to
resuming mode. Instead, a more conservative
approach is taken. A separate "dr" command has
been defined to specify "download with resume".
Inline help may now be requested with the "h"
command. A README file has been included in the
package with some help. All commands and terminal
messages are now adjusted for 80x25 classic text
mode. Filename output has been corrected:
formerly, file names could contain prefixes of
"././" or "//"
