Important feature enhancements include: copying of categories and trees, deleting the module history, warning messages for old incompatible modules, standard templates, recursive removal of directories, and hiding of done task items.
This is the first alpha version of the upcoming
4.5.x/4.6.x branch. Major feature enhancements
include article and category syncronization
between languages, layout previews, module
history, insite-module assignments for templates
(visual edit), a more flexible container concept,
a new upload/file manager, an InUse-Display for
modules, reminder/todo functionality, a frontend
users and groups, and module translations.
This release fixes a security leak that occurred
in all versions below 4.4.4. All contenido users
and/or system administrators are advised to
upgrade immediately to prevent eventual system
intrusion by 3rd parties.
This release contains several bugfixes. The author
is now added when creating an article. Articles
which are in use can't be deleted. Indexes aren't
recreated when they already exist. Statistics are
now working. Several SPAW bugs were fixed.
Underlaying categories are accessible if the
parent category is not. Capitals in the layout can
now be used.
