A display color bug with YUV 422 modes was fixed. A stereo 'field' decoding format was added. Stereo decoding is now also allowed for YUV422 (for compatibility with Videre Design stereo heads). A missing 'fclose' in thread_save.c was added. A "*10" allocation used in debug in thread_iso.c was removed.
New structures and better behavior of the services: no need to restart a thread every time a format changes. There are some bugfixes. The date/time is appended to filenames.
