"#include <cassert>" was added in
noteevent.hpp. The JACK requirement was increased
to version 0.102.5, which is available in
anonymous CVS and has MIDI support, so no more
patching is needed. This release also fixes a
rather embarrassing time-stamping bug that forced
all events to happen on JACK period boundaries,
adding lots of jitter at large period sizes.
