Project Description

The Orangevolt XSLT Plugin for Eclipse provides XSLT support to the Eclipse platform. It is the Eclipse-based successor of the Java/Swing-based ROXES XmlWrite XSLT editing environment. It provides many great enhancements when working with XML inside Eclipse. It implements XSLT launch configurations, XML editor enhancements, configurable XML outlines, an xpath navigator view, and more.

XSLT launch configurations can now be exported as Ant Files. Launch configuration post-processing was added, which is useful for generating PDF files, etc. A configurable Outline based on XPATH was added. XSLT, DocBook, and Orangevolt's own format are integrated. Pluggable XSLT processor support was added and Xalan and Saxon were integrated. Additional Transformers can be added via an extension point. Preferences allow individual tuning of XSLT output properties and features. Outline configuration now uses XPATH and is configurable as an extension point.
