A lot of minor bugs have been fixed (some of them causing random crashes) and some small enhancements introduced (especially a dialog when a file which is to be downloaded already exists).

This release fixes crashes which occurred when the
about dialog was displayed during loading a page,
when an empty menu was created for some reason,
when a connection in the DNS resolution state was
killed, and when -source was used to download long
streams.
