Project Description

Feta is a frontend to the Debian package management system dpkg, the Debian configuration system Debconf, and the Debian package distribution system APT. It provides a unified interface to over a dozen programs that collectively make up the Debian packaging system and over 30 different commands, plus additional command aliases for compatability with the original tools.

0.1.3

Added wrappers for reportbug, apt-localepurge, debsums, apt-get build-deps, and grep-dctrl. Feta will automatically disable commands for programs that are not installed, and will install all such packages given the "prep" command. 'su' is automatically run if the command requires root. Shortened command line options (similar to dpkg's) were added for compatibility and quicker typing. Many minor bugs were fixed.
