Integration with Telstra, Lesnet, Sonus, and Kannel CDR formats has been added. New call reports are available for top sources/destinations and longest calls. FCC 477 reporting has been overhauled. New billing features include setup fee discounts, per-customer selection of payment day, and Canadian electronic check support. Ticketing has been updated to Request Tracker 3.8.10. Tickets can now be searched by customer agent, class, and tag.

This is a major release. New features include Unicode support and internationalization, integrated network monitoring with 95% percentile billing, DSL qualifications and orders, time-of-day VoIP/telco rating, and more.

Integration has been added for Vitelity, OpenSIPS, Google email, and 4PSA VoIPNow. New features include LNP, invoice barcodes, more prorating options, and contract dates. The customer portal has been enhanced with a new default skin, expanded trouble ticketing features, and hotspot signup.

New features include a message template framework, new data import tools, customer tags, and a new Drupal module for customer signup and self-service. Enhanced VoIP features include Thirdlane integration and call rates which vary per day-of-week and time-of-day. Many reports have been added and expanded, including FCC form 477 reporting. Billing additions include customer credit limits, more prorating options, and performance improvements for large customer bases.

This release includes a new feature for fill-in message templates, enhancements to VoIP billing and invoice layout, an improved FCC Form 477 report and other reporting enhancements, and a number of other bug fixes and improvements.
