This release adds two new reports: a package definition report by number of active customer packages, and a payments report by type and/or date range. It also contains minor feature enhancements to "first package" handling, optimizations for many access numbers, and domain export to SQL RADIUS servers. Bugfixes include a fix for older (5.005) Perl versions, a fix for prorated price plans, and several export-specific fixes.
