libarchive is now used instead of libtar. This
fixes bugs and allows duplicate file searching in
a lot of archive and compression types, including
gzip, bzip2, and compress.
ftwin can now extract files from .tar archives for
the process of duplicate searching. If zlib is
present, .tar.gz files are automatically processed
too.
