Project Description

Ganttproject is a pure Java application thats lets you plan project using Gantt charts. It lets you easily breaks down a project into tasks, show dependencies, and manage resources. It uses a file format based on XML and can export into HTML and PDF documents using XSL transformations. The software is translated into 20 languages.

A project can now be exported to HTML and PDF
using XSL transformations. A way to specify some
new roles for resources was added. Drag & drop
tasks on the tree were added. The print function
was improved. A help topic was included with the
helpGUI library. All relationships are now drawn.
Two dialogs were added, one for the tip of the
day, and another for setting preferences.
Translations for the Swedish, Hungarian,
Nederlands, and Czech languages were added.

The ability to have two tasks with the same name has been added. A chart for resources has been added. You can open/save a file from a Web server (WebDav-based). A bug when parsing notes has been fixed. You can also export directly in PNG using the command line. Many bugs with tasks with the same name have been fixed. The UI has been corrected. Japanese language support was added. The XML file was reorganized. The ability to select a shape for the task was added.

was made for the code that loads the file. Writing
allocation on the XML file was corrected. The
indentation and unindentation of the tasks was
corrected. The XML file was reorganized. The most
unstable problems were corrected.
