CodeCommander 0.9.3

Next File and Previous File menu entries have been added for file navigation without the mouse (using Alt+P and Alt+N). Better visual representation of changed files is now used; there is an asterisk appended to the filename, and the icon in the windows menu has changed. An "Auto Line Selection" option has been added. Basically, this will select any line that you move to. The behavior only works with mouse button 1, Up/Down, and Page Up/Down. Filebar view settings saving has been fixed (it wasn't saving to the right name). Insert GPL (#) has been added for Python and Perl. Work has been done on the Find/Replace, Run Command, and Goto Line dialogs. Default buttons and proper binding of the activate signals from various combo boxes have been added.
