This version fixes a problem that occurred when override-schema-check was active. Issues with creation of new patients were resolved. Problems with writing letter from a template for which there's no engine were fixed. The system will now detect the condition when visual progress notes editor is not configured. There now is an improved OOo-bridge detection and the bootstrapper better detects UTF8 characters.

This release fixed an incorrect most recent result displayed in the measurement type tooltip, a missing .GetValue() in the PRW abnormality indicator when updating a test result, an exception that occurred with placeholders, and a bogus PyDeadObjectError exception. A Brazilian Portuguese translation was added. Missing dependencies and faulty paths in gm-install_client_locally.sh were fixed. A database upgrade is not necessary.

The big improvements are LaTeX based letter writing and medication handling. New features include the ability to manage substance intake, the ability to print a medication list, the ability to print LaTeX as well as OOo letters, the ability to interface with German "MMI/Gelbe Liste" external drug, and the ability to display the UI in Polish and a few other languages (all partially).
