GNUmed

This release fixes an obsolete LogException in gmMimeLib.py, a failure on adding a patient to a waiting list with no patient active, a wx.K_* instead of wx.WXK_* in gmSnellen, and a better default size of encounter details editor. This release does not need any database changes.

This release is more careful when deleting measurement types, fixes faulty access to the "pk" column after creating a measurement type from phrasewheel, fixes missing "import os" in the measurement widgets code, fixes improved starting of a new encounter from the SOAP widget, now installs an ARRIBA jar into /usr/local/bin, and includes a man page for gm-install_arriba.

A person without a DOB is now possible. The lab can now list/delete meta/real test types. In EMR, progress notes can be moved (split) between encounters, progress notes can be deleted, and patient encounters can be managed from a list. Health issues can be grouped (sorted), hospital stays can be tracked, and workplaces can be deleted from the GUI. The program now interfaces with ARRIBA, can import LOINC, and can import ATC. A new and simpler placeholder style is used for OOo documents. Revision information in EMR Journal view was added. Display of measurement types in grid was improved.

A missing space in update-available message has been added. The type for "search_for_document by type ID:" has been changed in the database.

A panic manifested by hiccuping on .conf files with malformed lists was fixed. A fix for GNUmed on Python 2.6 was introduced.
