This release uses xmllib2 API to write XML files, updates the
"uc_utils_get_string_from_size ()" function, adds some GUI enhancement,
and modifies the format of some XML files. It fixes a bug in main link
refreshing, a bug in timeout management, a bug in the URL parser, a
prototype problem for "uc_project_get_type ()", and a lot of warnings
related to the "-pedantic" gcc flag.
