Updated license to fit the OpenSSL license requirements. Correction of a bug that prevented images from being viewed. Icons have been created/updated. One can now choose to display links by status/type/protocol. The "Display" menu has been reorganized. We now check the validity of stylesheets links. There are some enhancements in the GUI refresh method (now uses a macro). The "Page information" window is redrawn. The section "Browser selection" was rewritten to use gconf. Now SSL is automatically activated if found. You still can disable it by passing --enable-ssl=no to ./configure.
