This is probably the last beta release; the next version (1.0.0) will be the first production use release. Only the notification backend is still in development. Many API improvements were made, and now it's possible to develop advanced system tools, Web applications, etc. User settings manipulation tools were added that allow for showing the current configuration, enabling/disabling it, and modifying it.
