This release includes more of the Haskell hierarchical
libraries, including imprecise exceptions and unboxed
arrays, giving greater compatibility with GHC.
Compatibility with the old libraries is currently provided
by stub modules, but users are encouraged to migrate
to the new libraries. The Double type is now double-
precision on most architectures, and several options
have been removed. This release also features the
beginnings of a User's Guide.
